The Journey

At Wick & Wonder, we believe the excitement should start the moment you place your order. Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches (and some are even personalized just for you), we take extra care in preparing them for their trip home.

1. Processing Time

  • Small Batches Take Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to craft, cure, and package your candles.
  • Personalized Orders: For "Secret Message" or custom concrete candles, processing may take up to 7 business days to ensure the perfect finish.
  • We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

2. Estimated Shipping Rates (Domestic US)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on total weight and destination. Here is a general guide:

3. Delivery Estimates

Once your order leaves our Texas studio, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

4. The "Summer Melt" Policy 

Soy wax is natural and has a lower melting point than paraffin. During hot summer months, soy candles can "sweat" or soften if left in a hot mailbox or on a porch for too long.

  • Pro Tip: Please try to retrieve your package as soon as it arrives.
  • If your candle feels soft, let it sit at room temperature for a few hours before lighting. This is a natural characteristic of eco-friendly wax and does not affect the scent or quality!

5. Tracking Your Magic

The moment your candles are on their way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the order directly from the carrier's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack our candles like they’re fragile glass—because they are! However, if the journey was a bit too rough and your candle arrives broken:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
  2. Email us at contact@wickwondershop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will send out a replacement or issue a credit immediately.
